Simply follow the steps below 

✔️ Log in to your "Account" from the mobile app or SonyLIV website.
✔️ Click on the "Menu" section.  
✔️ Go to "Parental Control". 
✔️ Change the setting to 'Yes' and enter 4 digit PIN. 
✔️ Click on  "Submit".
