Android Mobile or Tab
- Go to Settings > Apps > Sony LIV , Search for it > Clear data in the storage section > Delete the cache.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.
iPhone or iPad
- If the app is unresponsive or is slow for an iPhone or iPad, simply follow these easy instructions
- Logout of the app > Close the app if it's running in the background> Delete the app and reinstall it.
AFS
If the app is unresponsive or is slow for AFS, simply follow these easy instructions
- Navigate to AFS Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Clear data on the Sony LIV app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.
Android TV
If the app is unresponsive or is slow for android TV, simply follow these easy instructions
- Go to the upper right corner of the screen and choose settings > Go to Apps > Navigate to see all apps > Move down to Sony LIV > Choose Clear Data and then click OK.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app if necessary.
Smart TV
If the app is unresponsive or is slow for Smart TV, simply follow these easy instructions
- Logout of the app and exit > The app should be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
Apple TV
If the app is unresponsive or is slow for Apple TV, simply follow these easy instructions
Step 1: Logout of the app and close it.
Step 2: Double-click the Home button on the remote to stop the app in the background.
Step 3: Go to SonyLIV.com.
Step 4: Remove the app by swiping up.
Step 5: If the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
