How can I switch my subscription plan from one plan to another?

To upgrade your current Sony LIV subscription to a higher plan, follow these steps:

Accessing the Upgrade Option:

Log in to your Sony LIV account.
Navigate to the "My Account" section.
Look for the "Upgrade" options available.
Available Upgrade Plans:

If you're on the Mobile Only 12 Months plan, you can upgrade to the LIV Premium 12 Months plan.
If you're on the LIV Premium 1 Month plan, you can upgrade to the LIV Premium 12 Months plan.
Selecting and Confirming the Upgrade:

Choose the desired plan you wish to upgrade to.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment for the new plan.
