I have paid already; why am I being asked to pay again?

If you've made a payment but are still being prompted to subscribe:

Log out and then log back into your Sony LIV account to refresh your subscription status.
Ensure that you're logged into the correct account associated with your subscription.

If you encounter any difficulties click on your profile picture in your app or website -> Click on Subscription Issue -> Amount was deducted from my bank but my subscription is not active and fill up the relevant details and submit the form.
