If you've purchased a subscription through iTunes and it's not active on your device, you can use the "Restore" functionality to reinstate your subscription. Here's how:
Accessing Restore:
Open the Sony LIV app on your iOS device or Apple TV.
Navigate to "My Account" or "My Purchases."
Click on the "Restore" button.
When to Use Restore:
If you've upgraded or deleted the application.
If you're experiencing download problems after purchase.
If the subscription is active on one device but not visible on another (e.g., purchased on iPhone but not visible on Apple TV).
If you've received a subscription purchase confirmation from iTunes/Apple Store, but the subscription is still not active.
If you've deleted and reinstalled the app or restored the device from a backup.
Important Note:
Ensure that you're logged in using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. If the Apple ID doesn't match, the restore will fail.
