Why am I being asked to subscribe when trying to watch on my TV?

If you're being prompted to subscribe while accessing content on your TV:

Ensure that you're logged into the same Sony LIV account on your TV that holds the active subscription.
Verify that your subscription is active by checking the 'My Purchases' section on another device.
If the problem persists, consider reactivating your TV by following these steps:
On your TV, navigate to the 'Sign In/Register' option to receive a 4-digit code.
On your mobile app or web browser, go to the 'Activate TV' section.
Enter the 4-digit code displayed on your TV and complete the activation process.
