Facing buffer issues

Please follow the below troubleshoot steps:

1. Update the app to the latest version
2. Uninstall, restart the device and reinstall the Sony LIV App and try again.
3. Check with a stable network and try again.
4. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
5. Check for System updates and make sure the System OS/Security patch is updated to the latest version.

If the issue arises please check with network speed at speedtest.net or https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest and share the screenshot with us by clicking on your profile picture in your app or website -> Click on Contact us -> Buffering / Video Quality issues -> My internet is fine, but the video is still buffering -> Fill up the details and submit the form.
