Step 1:
To set the video quality to High by default, Login to SonyLIV > Go to Settings and Preference > Video quality > Select High.
Step 2:
Make sure you've linked to a steady network. Disable and then re-enable the network.
Step 3:
Try switching to a different network and then check again.
Step 4:
If the issue persists, check if you are facing the same error while watching different content.
