The video quality will be modified based on your Internet connection. As a result, we recommend that you set the video quality to highest available option for the best results
Step 1:
To set the video quality to best for your network by default, Login to SonyLIV > Go to Settings and Preference > Video quality > Select Auto.
Step 2:
Make sure you've linked to a steady network. Disable and then re-enable the network.
Step 3:
Try switching to a different network and then check again.
Step 4:
If the issue persists, check if you are facing the same error while watching different content.
Step 5:

Click on "Need More Help" below.
Navigate to "Buffering / Video Quality issues."
Select, " The Video quality is poor ", fill out the form with the relevant details and submit the form.
